The fight against hospital-acquired, or nosocomial, infections is carried out by the CLIN (Comité de Lutte contre les Infections Nosocomiales).
The CLIN’s mission is to prevent infections that can develop inside the hospital.

The committee comprises several members who meet regularly: doctors specialised in biology, pharmacists, nurses, hygienists, paramedic and medical-technical professionals and the hospital director.

Its policy is centred on prevention, warning and observation of infections and the training of all health professionals in the principles of good hygiene.
