- Emergency imaging for adults, children and newborns: - X-rays (an operator is on site 24/7) with analysis of examinations carried out at night together with casualty doctors. - Ultrasound staffare on call outside normal hours.

They are kept throughout a hospitalisation and are available for consultation by hospital doctors in respect of the rules of confidentiality. - Analysis of examinations is digitalised and added to dossiers with the permission of the radiologist. - For outpatients or patients from elsewhere, X-ray, ultrasound or scanner examinations are delivered on film or paper (or on a CD for the scanner) with a detailed report. The document is delivered immediately or later depending on the degree of emergency (never more than 48 hours) and archived on the PACS. - Appointments are arranged by the secretariat on each site or by telephone. |
